These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Legacy of Eternity — the game, the website at legacyofeternity.com, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

• Accounts are personal; do not share, sell, or transfer them.

Acceptable use

Virtual items and game content

Characters, items, currency, and other in-game content have no real-world monetary value and remain part of the Service. You do not own them; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them within the game. As an evolving, independent project, we may add, change, reset, or remove game content and features at any time.

Intellectual property

Legacy of Eternity is an independent project. Game and site content is owned by us or our licensors, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its players. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Some provisions — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive termination.
